6. Promotion Period and Drawing schedule

The Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2026 and ends two years thereafter.

Sponsor intends to conduct one Drawing approximately every two months for a total of twelve Drawings. Drawing dates, entry deadlines, and prize descriptions for each Drawing will be posted on the Website.

Sponsor may adjust any Drawing date or deadline to protect lawful and fair administration, or due to events beyond Sponsor control. Any change will be posted on the Website.

7. Eligibility and excluded jurisdictions

Open only to legal United States residents who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry.

This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of Florida, New York, or Rhode Island. Sponsor has elected not to operate this Sweepstakes in those jurisdictions.

This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or the United States Virgin Islands.

Sponsor may further limit participation to jurisdictions where Sponsor determines the Sweepstakes may be operated lawfully without additional registration, bonding, trust account, or other state requirements. Sponsor may update the eligible jurisdiction list at any time by posting on the Website.

8. Ineligible persons

Employees, officers, directors, board members, contractors, administrators, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and any person living in the same household, are not eligible.

9. Verification and anti circumvention

Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, and residency at any time. Sponsor may request government issued identification and proof of address.

Any attempt to enter from an excluded jurisdiction, including by proxy, VPN, false address, mail forwarding, or misrepresentation, may result in disqualification, forfeiture, and removal from all future Drawings.

10. How to enter

There are two entry methods. Online entry and free mail entry. Both have equal odds.

During an active drawing period, enter on the Website.
Online entry price is 100 dollars per entry unless Sponsor posts a different price for a specific Drawing.
Each completed paid entry equals one Entry for the applicable Drawing, subject to verification.

Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Inc.
ATTN: Homes Across America Sweepstakes Entry

Each postcard equals one Entry.
Each postcard must be mailed in its own envelope.

Mail entries must be postmarked by the applicable Drawing deadline and received within seven days after that deadline, unless Sponsor posts a different receipt window for a specific Drawing.

11. Entry limits

No limit on the number of Entries per person unless Sponsor posts a limit for a specific Drawing where permitted by law.

12. Entry integrity

Sponsor may void any Entry that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, automated, script generated, bulk submitted, mechanically reproduced, tampered with, incomplete, illegible, altered, submitted through unauthorized means, or otherwise not compliant.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, undelivered, or unreceived Entries, including due to mail issues, technical errors, outages, carrier filtering, or user error.

Sponsor may void Entries tied to chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected unauthorized transactions.

13. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Drawing. No purchase or payment increases odds.

14. Housing Prize description, limits, and conditions

14A. What the Housing Prize is

Each Housing Prize consists solely of the right to occupy a designated Sponsor provided home under a written lease for up to thirty years, subject to the lease and these Official Rules. Sponsor retains title to all real property at all times. The Housing Prize does not include deed, title, ownership, or any equity interest in real property.

14B. Primary residence and prohibited uses

The home must be used as the winner’s primary residence. Subleasing, renting to others, assignment, transfer, resale, and commercial use are prohibited.

14C. Move in conditions

Before occupancy, the potential winner must complete verification, sign required documents, and execute the lease and community rules. Sponsor may set a reasonable move in window. If the winner cannot move in within the stated window, Sponsor may treat the Prize as forfeited unless Sponsor grants an extension in writing.

14D. Lawful screening tied to safety and compliance

Occupancy is conditioned on lawful and nondiscriminatory screening reasonably related to safety, lawful administration, and community standards. Screening criteria and required documentation will be disclosed during the winner documentation process.

14E. Inspections and ongoing compliance

Sponsor may inspect the home on reasonable notice as allowed by the lease and applicable law. Sponsor may require cure of issues, repairs for damage beyond normal wear, and compliance with community rules. Material violations may result in termination of occupancy rights as permitted by the lease and law.

14F. Maintenance and responsibility split

Sponsor will maintain structural elements and any defined common areas as specified in the lease. The winner is responsible for routine care, cleanliness, utilities as specified in the lease, and compliance with all rules.

14G. Maintenance Fee

A Maintenance Fee may apply. If a Maintenance Fee applies, Sponsor will disclose the amount, frequency, what it covers, and any cap for that specific Housing Prize before move in, and it will be included in the lease.

Unless Sponsor posts a different cap for a specific Housing Prize, any Maintenance Fee will not exceed 20 percent of the monthly fair market rent for comparable housing in that area, as determined by Sponsor using commercially reasonable third party rental data.

14H. Insurance

Sponsor may require renter’s insurance, including personal liability coverage, as a lease condition.

15. Portability Credits and optional cash redemption

15A. Portability Credits

Sponsor may record Portability Credits during occupancy based on Sponsor program terms for the applicable Housing Prize. Portability Credits are not transferable, not assignable, not inheritable, and have no cash value except as expressly offered by Sponsor under this Section.

Portability Credits may be reduced or forfeited due to unpaid amounts, damage beyond normal wear, early termination for cause, rule violations, or other lease and program conditions.

15B. Using Portability Credits after voluntary move out

If the winner voluntarily moves out in good standing and satisfies all lease obligations, Sponsor may allow Portability Credits to support a transition option, subject to program terms and availability. Sponsor may allow application toward another Sponsor provided home, or other transition support Sponsor offers.

15C. Optional cash redemption at a reduced rate

If permitted by law and if Sponsor offers it for the applicable Housing Prize, Sponsor may allow a reduced cash redemption of some or all earned Portability Credits after voluntary move out in good standing.

Cash redemption is discretionary and not guaranteed. Any cash redemption terms, reduced rate, caps, timing, and payment method will be determined by Sponsor and must comply with applicable law. Any cash redemption may be taxable and may be reported to tax authorities.

16. Approximate retail value and taxes

Any approximate retail value disclosures are estimates for disclosure and tax reporting purposes only. Prizes may be taxable. Sponsor does not provide tax or legal advice. Winner may be required to complete tax forms, including IRS Form W 9, before occupancy. Sponsor may issue required tax forms as required by law.

17. Winner selection, notice, five day claim, and forfeiture

17A. Selection

For each Drawing, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible Entries received before the Drawing deadline.

17B. Notification

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the contact information provided, which may include email, phone, text, and certified mail.

17C. Five day claim requirement

A selected potential winner must claim the Prize within five calendar days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt, using the method Sponsor specifies. Failure to claim within five days results in forfeiture.

17D. Documentation and verification deadline

In addition to the five day claim requirement, the potential winner must complete all verification and required documentation within the timeframe Sponsor provides. Sponsor may set this deadline up to forty five days from first notification attempt unless law or logistics require a shorter period.

17E. Alternate winner

If a potential winner is ineligible, fails to claim, fails verification, fails documentation, declines, or cannot be reached, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the same Drawing pool using the same random method. Sponsor may repeat until a winner is confirmed or Sponsor determines awarding the Prize is not feasible.

17F. One housing win rule

A Housing Prize winner will be excluded from future Housing Prize Drawings during the Promotion Period. The winner may remain eligible for non housing prizes if offered, unless Sponsor posts otherwise.

18. Publicity and media rights

Where permitted by law, by entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free right to use the entrant’s name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and Prize related story for advertising, publicity, education, fundraising, and promotion in any media, without additional compensation.

Sponsor may require a winner to sign a publicity release where permitted by law. Where prohibited by law, a winner may decline publicity participation without forfeiting the Prize.

19. Privacy

Sponsor collects personal information for Sweepstakes administration, verification, compliance, fraud prevention, audits, and recordkeeping. Sponsor may share information with service providers under confidentiality obligations, and may disclose information as required by law.

20. General conditions and Sponsor protection

Sponsor may suspend, modify, extend, reschedule, or cancel the Sweepstakes or any Drawing if Sponsor determines that integrity, fairness, security, or proper administration is compromised, including due to fraud, hacking, platform failure, outages, human error, acts of God, natural disasters, government action, or other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor may void Entries and disqualify Entrants to protect lawful administration and Sponsor operations.

21. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants and winners release and hold harmless Sponsor, its service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claim arising out of or relating to entry, participation, selection, Prize acceptance, occupancy, use of the home, or any Prize related activity.

Sponsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. Disputes, arbitration, and class action waiver

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under applicable rules.

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions and representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If arbitration is prohibited by law for a specific claim, that claim will be resolved in the courts specified in Section 23.

23. Governing law and venue

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to Section 22, any permitted court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

24. Winners list

To request a winners list, send a written request with a self addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address. Requests must be received within ninety days after the final Drawing date. Sponsor may also post verified winners on the Website.

25. Official postings control

Sponsor will post Drawing specific deadlines and Prize details on the Website. If there is any conflict between any advertisement, summary, or other communication and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. If there is any conflict between these Official Rules and a Drawing specific posting for a specific Drawing, the Drawing specific posting controls for that Drawing only.
