Viviscent Wellness Foundation is a Florida nonprofit corporation recognized as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor means Viviscent Wellness Foundation, Inc. Sweepstakes means the Homes Across America Sweepstakes. Drawing means a random selection of a potential winner. Entry means a valid online or mail entry. Entrant means an eligible participant. Prize means the housing occupancy rights awarded. ARV means approximate retail value. Portability Credits are internal program credits and are not ownership, equity, or a property interest.
The Sweepstakes consists of twelve separate random drawings conducted over a two year period. One housing prize will be awarded in each drawing. Each drawing constitutes a separate prize event.
In addition to the twelve housing prizes, Sponsor may award additional prizes during the Promotion Period. Each additional prize, if offered, will be awarded through a separate random drawing conducted in accordance with these Official Rules or any supplemental prize rules posted by Sponsor.
Sponsor retains title to all real property at all times. The Prize consists solely of occupancy rights under a written lease agreement subject to compliance with lease terms.
Open only to legal United States residents who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Participation is limited solely to jurisdictions where the Sponsor has determined the Sweepstakes may be operated lawfully without additional registration, bonding, or trust account requirements.
Sponsor expressly excludes Florida, New York, and Rhode Island due to state specific sweepstakes regulatory requirements. Sponsor has elected not to operate this Sweepstakes in those jurisdictions.
Any attempt to enter from an excluded jurisdiction, including by use of a proxy, VPN, false address, or misrepresentation of residency, will result in disqualification.
Not open to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or the United States Virgin Islands.
The Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2026 and ends two years thereafter. Twelve drawings will be conducted, approximately one every two months. Drawing dates, deadlines, and prize descriptions will be posted on the official Sweepstakes website.
Unless otherwise stated, all eligible entries received prior to a drawing deadline remain eligible for each subsequent drawing throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Online entry is available during active drawing periods. Each paid online entry equals one entry into the applicable drawing. Entry payments are not charitable donations and are not tax deductible.
Free entry is available by mail via a handwritten postcard. One postcard equals one entry. Mail in entries are treated equally to paid entries for purposes of winner selection. No entrant receives increased odds of winning by making a purchase or payment.
Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, automated, bulk submitted, tampered with, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to each drawing. Odds may vary from drawing to drawing.
One entry provides one chance to win in each drawing conducted after the entry is received, subject to eligibility requirements and exclusions stated in these Official Rules.
Each eligible entry receives one chance to win in each applicable drawing conducted during the Sweepstakes Period.
An entrant who wins a housing prize will remain eligible for all non housing prizes but will be excluded from future housing prize drawings.
Entries are not removed from the Sweepstakes pool except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.
Each Prize consists of the right to occupy a designated Viviscent Wellness Foundation home under a written lease for up to thirty years. The Prize does not include transfer of real property ownership, deed, equity interest, or any form of title.
Winners must comply with all lease terms, community rules, and applicable laws. Material violations may result in termination of occupancy rights in accordance with the lease.
Portability Credits may accrue during occupancy and are not transferable. Cash out options, if offered, are discretionary, subject to program terms, and taxable.
Approximate retail value is used for disclosure and tax reporting purposes only.
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the applicable drawing deadline.
If a selected potential winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the required time, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner from the same drawing pool using the same random selection method.
Each drawing is independent. Winning one prize does not affect eligibility for future drawings except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.
Winners must complete all required affidavits, tax forms, eligibility verification, and execute a written lease prior to occupancy.
Prizes may be taxable. Sponsor does not provide legal or tax advice. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax or legal advisors.
Where permitted by law, winners grant Sponsor the right to use name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes. Where prohibited by law, a winner may decline publicity participation without forfeiting the prize.
Personal information is collected and used solely for Sweepstakes administration, compliance, and recordkeeping.
Sweepstakes entry payments are not charitable donations and are not tax deductible.
Sponsor complies with applicable accessibility and nondiscrimination laws and provides reasonable accommodations upon request.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if integrity, fairness, or proper administration is compromised.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or prize use.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
A winners list may be requested by written request within ninety days of the final drawing.
